Gaelic language and singing workshops are sponsored by the Gaelic College, Ionad Chaluim Chille Ìle and Bòrd na Gàidhlig. Full details at www.islay-gaelic.net.

From Monday 28th May – Friday 1st June, 10.00 -12.30. Ceòl is Craic – Gaelic for beginners and choruses for singing along at the concerts and ceilidhs. Tuition for the week will be led by Katherine McLeod. Session fee will be £2.00 each day, children free.

Children’s Club (Sradagan) will run daily from 2 – 4pm Monday – Friday. Sessions will be free for anyone wishing their children to have fun with Gaelic.

On Wednesday, our concert will also be held at the Gaelic College, where our talented young folk will entertain you, along with our Còisir Òg Ghàidhlig Ìle.

Café Blàsta (meaning “tasty”) is also open in the College between 10.30am and 4pm.
